Terms of Service

Service Scope

We provide custom software development, design, and consulting services as detailed in project agreements. Changes to the agreed scope may require additional charges and timelines.

Payments & Refunds

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
• Refunds are not available for delivered work.
• Unpaid balances will incur a 2% monthly penalty.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables remain the property of 13 LLC until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client, with the exception of third-party integrations or open-source components.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, delays caused by third-party dependencies, or misuse of our deliverables.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, payments for completed work are non-refundable.
